Why does the lenor not go down in my washing machine?

Question

Recently the lenor has not been going down in my washing machine, I cleaned it all out today and sprayed bleach and everything into it and it still did not go down when i put it on for another wash..

Does anyone know what could be the problem and why the lenor is not going down?

Take out the drawer for detergent & lenor - if you pull it out as far as it goes then tilt upwards it should slip out easy.

Take the top valve off the lenor section.

Clean all parts, including the undersides, and run cold tap over the lenor section to make sure there is no blockage. (ie water runs through).

Replace all parts and lenor should go through.

are you  putting it in the right part of the machine ,

i put mine in with the w-powder.

goes  down the same part.

Try pouring some boiling water in the dispenser, I think the Lenor has plugged the line to the washer near the end of the washing tub.
