Why does the mail not work on my pink t-mobile razor??

I had that same problem with my razor.   My service provider is T-mobile and the customer service dept helped me over the phone to set up with some password.  Call the customer service for service setup.

well we didnt need to know the color.. well i have razr from tmobile as well and this happens sometimes 1.sometimes you maybe in a bad are 2. they use to have me do this, power off the phone and turn it back on. 3. call tmobile and tell them about ur problem 611 or 1800-tmobile
