Why does the message link in my group not show up to view new messages?

  1. some groups have the archives closed, making it required then to get mail. if this is the case and you're not the owner, you'll need to edit your membership and get either digest or individual mail


  2. Sign in to your group and click Management.

    Under Group Settings, Click Messages.

    To the right of Postings and Archives, click Edit.

    Under Archive options, select Members.

    Click Save Changes.
