  1. First of all, it would be a good idea to go to your school's trainer, and have them look at it.  I run cross country too, and my freshman year, I had a lot of trouble with my IT bands, and my doctor said that it was because I have high arches.  So, I went to the good feet store and got some arch supports.  Now, every time I don't wear my arch supports, such as in races, my feet hurt.  Maybe your regular cross country running shoes have sufficient arch support, but your racing flats don't.  Or maybe your regular cross country running shoes don't have enough arch support, and now it's just taking its toll.  Either way, go to your trainer, and see what's going on.  In a sport like cross country, you can't let injuries simmer.  Something that may seem like a simple nagging pain may turn into an injury that could put you out for the rest of the season.  Good luck!

  2. I think that you have flat foot(a foot problem). Don't worry, try and find the device which can help you.

  3. if you were wearing shoes with no arch your foot may have been strained.

it'll get better, wear sneakers more often, but if it goes on for a few days go see your doctor

  4. Probably bruised your arch or your shoes need to be replaced so you have good arch support.
