  1. Red pigment is the most unstable colour, the sun fades it easy. Metalic paints are most durable because of the metal fragments contained within, to reflect alot of sun back.

  2. its the sun bleaching it

  3. It's only oxidisation on the top layer, buff it off with something like Super Resin Polish

  4. its called oxidisation...only happens on red cars that havent been waxed regulally...ues T-CUT paint restorer....a slightly abrasive pollish that removes a tiny layer of paint bring it back to showroom condition..it even removes scratches....finnish of with wax...

  5. some cars are g*y but were afraid to come out of the closet.

  6. Oxidation.

You can buy polishes that will bring it up like new again.

  7. Because the sun and elements oxidize red paint... well all paints actually but some colors more than others. Like silver and gray. As well as red. Metallic Paint was the worst until most of the paint companies wised up and added UV protection to the clear coat.

  8. The sun causes the red colour pigment to fade out of the paint so that it looks pink!
