Why does the pregnancy test lines keep coming out darker than another??

Question

Ok so i took a pregancy test today 2 of them and they have to lines but then tha First line is like a dark pink but then tha next line is a light pink why??? Am i pregnant??? or what?? HELP PLZ!!

it happened to me as long as the pregnancy line is there no matter how faint but visibly then you are pregnant good luck

u could even wait another two days then do another and line should go darker again (rise in hormones)

If there is two lines... YOUR PREGNANT!!!

The lighter line is the line that tests for the pregnancy hormone. Since it was light you are pregnant. Because you only produce that hormone if your pregnant. It's light now because the hormone is still low. But if you test in a day or so, or week or so the line will get darker... as the hormone increases. Congratulations !!! :)

if 2 lines are showing then ur pregnant.. the lighter one is testing for the pregnancy hormone so those levels might b low. but ur definately pregnant.. congratulations!!

in early days the control line is usually darker than the positive one but give it a week or so and they will be similar shades. yes it does still mean yo are pregnant it just means the HCG levels are getting higher each day
