because its dirty. Clean it with an exfoliating kit. It might be sensitive, however, it well be clean and it will smell better.

Our genitals are darker than the rest of our bodies - for all of us.  One contributing factor is the excess skin to allow for stretching during erection.  You might notice that your p***s is not quite as dark during erection as when flaccid.

Or, you may not be cleaning good enough!
