Why does the sony ericsson w910i turn off on it's own????

My Sony Ericsson K850i kept switching itself off even when it was on charge. I went onto the Sony Ericsson website and downloaded the updated software and it solved the problem for me. Make sure you back up everything on the phone first as you will lose everything including all your music, pictures, videos, names and phone numbers. I cant remember exactly how to do it but just follow the on screen instructions and you should be able to do it. If you dont want to do it yourself then tell your network and they will do it for you but it will take them a couple of weeks. Good luck and i hope this helps.
