Question:

Why does the sound coming from my speakers sound like it's underwater?

I tested my sound card, and it seems to be fine. I only have a problem when watching DVD's on my computer, or listening to CD's. Burned Moves/Music CD's don't have any problem, or listening to my local radio station live. Do I need a new sound card?

  1. Plug in some headphones and listen, if it sounds better it's the speakers, if not it's the sound card.
