  2. she cuts the head off of those who do wrong and defends the innocent, nobody escapes from justice, those who think they can escape are wrong because  after their deaths their souls will be judged by God.

  5. She's a crusader who fights with her sword to protect justice. She is blindfolded to represent that true justice is blind to race, social class, creed, gender, etc. And of course the scales represent the scales of justice, the balance between good and evil.
