  1. It freezes because it is closer to the vents which exhaust the cold air into the fridge. If you provide enough circulation between the items in your fridge then this will help to cut down on that happening. Right now the items are blocking that air too much and concentrating it at the back.

  2. Cold air circulation follows the walls of the fridge.  Your fridge is too packed full - not enough room for the cold air to move throughout the food items in the fridge.

Maybe you have it just a bit too cold.

Put a thermometor in the fridge to see if the setting you have it on is COLD enough for all the food. Then adjust the setting accordingly.  Keep items that you want colder in the back (milk) and items that you don't want so cold in the front (cheese).

These items and items like them should not freeze where they are.

Another thing to check is the coils in the back of the fridge (pull out the fridge and look at the coils and wires on the back) CLEAN THEM - cause that will cause the freon to mal-adjust to the temperature setting you have it on - causing irradic temperatures inside while cooling.

  3. maybe your fridge is set to high?

turn it down a tiny bit

  4. because u have the refridgeration temp to low
