  1. It is because your skin has moisture. When the wind blows over it, the moisture evaporates. (Because drier air over moist air)

    The process of evaporation REMOVES energy from your body, and in this case, energy and heat are analogous so you feel colder.


  2. Air at Earth's surface is generally cooler than your body temperature (around 98 F or 37 C).  This cool air 'absorbs' the heat from your body.  When the air is forced over your skin, it can carry heat away from your body more quickly.  This cools your skin faster and makes you feel colder than you would at the same air temperature without a breeze.

  3. i think that it depends on your current body temperature and the air temperature. Also winds fromt he north tend 2 b cooler and tends from the south tend 2 b warmer. i have felt warm winds, but in general the air is colder than 98.6 so most of the time it will feel cooler to us
