Why does this, Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, now pop up on most the websites I visit...?

Including Yahoo. It's either at the top of the page or on the side where advertisements usually are. I scan my computer daily.

maybe you're having some connection problem. Sometimes, unstable connection does cause such things to happen. Like when the server is busy, or no data is sent into your computer to allow the page to load.
