Why does this always happen?

i have so many friends that criticize my looks in some way like o u are ugly, o ur make up is ugly, idk why he thinks ur prettier, aww u have dry skin, and eww ur pupils are always dilated... and i don't actually think i am ugly but my friends seem to but not anyone else they usually say i should model or u r pretty why would they do that tho i don't get why my "friends" would do that.

THEY ARE FRICKIN JELOUS OF YOU! If they WERE ur friends, they wouldn't be calling u ugly when ur not, they would be telling u ur pretty. Friends compliment each other not bag on them, so its time to get new friends that dnt put u down like that. If u cant find any other friends but ur current ones then be like next time they say something, "Hold up just one minute. Why are you bagging on me when were supposed to be friends? This has got to stop NOW or i might just have to start seeing other people." If they make fun of you more just keep ur head held high and be the adult in the situation cause u know their just acting like little four year olds!

I bet everyone is going to say this, but they're probably just jealous. They are just looking for bad things to find in you to feel better about themselves. They really don't sound like very good friends if they would try and put you down like that...

but really, don't take it personally. I know it probably hurts to hear it from your "friends" but it's definately not true. The only reason they are saying that is because they think you're prettier than them.

Don't let it get to you! But maybe, try and find some better friends!

they are so d**n jealous i mean they should get some class and stop hating. look in the mirror and if you think you look good then you look good dont let other people tell you how you look.

Well my friends and I are pretty honest with each other, but we don't say anything like that to put each other down. I mean we know that we have flaws and all. We just laugh about it, but I think your "friends" are just jealous and are trying to lower your self esteem.

Personally if your friends are saying that to you their either a) not very good friends or b) jealous ... I would stop telling your friends their so pretty and just be your own person and ignore what they say. Girls are so catty... if a guy says your prettier, use it and be confident, and forget what your jealous friends say.

GET NEW FRIENDS WHO CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Fake friends always do that. I'm not saying don't hang out with them, just get some friends that appreciate who YOU are and how YOU look.

Friends like to push each others buttons and joke around. You shouldnt take it personally, I bet you are beautiful and they are just being sarcastic. Who knows maybe they are jealous and make fun of you to make themselves feel better. Just ignore them or do the same thing to them all once. And see how they react to it. Tell them off and get new friends. You seem nice enough to find friends that atually care about your feelings.
