So first of all im 24 yrs old i havent lived with my parents in 4 years. My parents still live in same house since i was 2 years old. I dont miss living at home. I keep having this re-occurring dream that my parents house is on fire and im in the house while its on fire trying to save stuff or trying to save people in the house and while im doing this im screaming and crying. Or my parents will move to a different state and again i cant stop crying, can anyone give me a idea why i keep dreaming this?

  1. This dream is a residual acting out of the actual ambiance of your previous home life.  Seems there was alot of anger, violence and destruction of sorts in your home.  Basically, extreme negativity, all-consuming, like the fire and you made attempts to "put out the fire" so to say, to rescue the situation.  Try to remember what valuables you were trying to save as this is also indicative of what is valuable to you.  That you were trying to save souls also tells me that you are a helpful, sympathetic person as well who perhaps takes on problems that are quite overwhelming and really unnecessary to you.  Your perspective has been on others, trying to "fix" things outside, around you.  This dream is simply a culminatory "packaged" version of the experiences you had gone through.  In a nutshell, more power to you.  The blow that doesn't break your back makes you stronger.  Keep the faith.

    Regards

  2. I think the first time you had it, you thought about it so much and tried to analyze it, and then it re-occurred because you keep thinking about it. No point in analyzing the unexplainable

  3. just ignore it.. in asia theres a believe that if you dream about something, the opposite will happen.. So, for your dream, i'm sure that ur parents will be alright.
