Why does this guy want my mobile number?

He keeps on telling me something like "Oh sorry, i forgot to write it down" or "Hey, give me your number because i'll put it in my phone on speed dial"

first is he acting really creepy if so just don't talk to him. If he doesn't seem all that bad give him your number what is the worst thing he can do call you. And if he calls you and you don't like him or something block his number however there are crazy people out there and if you have a bill sent to your house using your mobile number from your Carrier than watch out but really just be careful!!!!!!!!!!! make sure you know him before you start handing out your number and if you want get his number and block yours just an idea!!!!
