Why does this happen after s*x...?

A friend says after s*x, he urinates and there's blood in it. I say he has an infection, he says its just the aggressive s*x. Who's closer to the truth?

it could range from urinary tract infections, chlamydia or prostate cancer.

lol no matter how aggressive is s*x, you can never make yourself pee with blood, thats just odd.

OR there could be a possibility that after he had aggressive s*x, he fell asleep for a long while and its own s***n (left over in the p***s tubes) start to stick around those tubes and its can only be cleaned by peeing. Doing it so for a long period of time, maybe those tubes are damaged from the sticky substance that has been left over in a long run. So make sure always to pee after s*x to clean the insides.

Basically though, you're right he needs to see a doctor.
