Why does this happen between my internet and music ??

every time i go to a new website and the page is loading my music lags and it sounds like a skipped disc =[ why does this happen ? and how can i fix it ? help plz !

1. your processor is too slow to multitask

2. you have too many open programs(including background programs)

do you mean the music that is currently playing is in your computer or from the web?

solution:

close programs that you don't need.

defragment drive(or replace with a faster one)

add memory(RAM)

upgrade your computer altogether
