A killer enters a girl's hotel room and slasher her throat, then stabs her in the navel and slashes her stomach open. Why did he have to stab her? Wouldn't she have died from the throat slash? Please don't give me the "It's just for gore" answer.

  1. Good question I was wondering the same thing, why do they have to make everything with so much gore.

  2. well part of it is for gore.....another part is to scare the audience........and another part is to show who the killer is. like a 'personality'. when he kills, he does it violently, without thinking...which means he's angry............at who? and why?

audience members do like to figure the plot out before the movie ends

EDIT: if the guy just cut her throat, then he just likes to kill

if they torture there victims....then there f****** up....and so on

  3. because he's crazy !

  4. Actually if he stabs her in the throat it may have been an attempt to keep her from screaming if he did so in a surprise attack. Then he can move on to the icky other parts of her

  5. Because, he does it to honor the pinata god.  Where he's from, if you kill someone and don't look into their stomach for candy the Pinata God will kill you.

  6. apart from the answer you don't want us to give, it's because he's a messed up psycho butcher.

  7. IT'S JUST FOR THE GORE EFFECT.............WHAT MOVIE DID YOU WATCH?   EWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

  8. Can you give some examples of movies where this happens? Then we can see if there's a context or if it's just for gore.
