Why does this happen to girls in movies?

The way the killer kills them is 90% by stabbing them in the stomach or slicing their stomach open. Why is this always so?

Film makers have to make women in movies appear like a big joke.  Just before they die, don't you notice how you find youself screaming at the TV  or in the theatre thinking in your head,  RUN *****! What the h**l!

I do.. If some idiot was chasing me with a knife I wouldn't run upstairs into the closet I would run out the door after grabbing a shotgun and shooting him in the da gum eye! And then in the other one Just to be sure he wasn't coming back!

It's like why you rarely see guys kicking each other in the balls in movies: there's a limit to the discomfort you can put in a movie.
