  1. sounds weird to me do you take any kinds of medicine?

  2. the first thing you described happens to me occasionally.  i really like it when it does... it's the coolest feeling.  i always wake up, it's almost like i'm falling or something.  sometimes i even slip out of my body into a dream and i'll start acting out the dream dramatically.  like once, i slipped out and had this dream that my sister and i were putting down a blanket for a picnic.  you know how you have to move your arms up and down to get it to lay straight?  well, i did that and whacked the person next to me in the face (i was on a bus).

it's weird because it's dreaming, but that usually only happens during REM sleep, which takes 30-60 minutes to get into.  maybe you and i just get there faster than some people?  which would explain your beeping, too?
