Why does this spiritual man attract atheist women?

I'm a spiritual man who seems to only attract atheist women, at best agnostics. I'm open-minded and I do not press my beliefs upon anyone. Yet, this is a whole part of my life that I cannot share in my romantic relationships because either it's too frightening for the women, "too serious" for them, or they simply cannot understand.

As to religious women, they seem out of the question. I haven't met one yet who either wasn't insecure or demanded a ring on the finger before I can even so much as kiss her on the cheek. And at any rate, again, the problem of spirituality is present with them as well, since for most "religious" women religion is about anything but God, or if it is about God it's about a very terrifying kind of "God."

Any ideas about (a) why do I attract atheist women and (b) how I can go about meeting open-minded spiritual women? I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone else, male or female, who has the same problem as me.

Honestly, I think because most atheists, deep within themselves, have the desire to be believers, but have trouble finding their reason, and, therefore may be drawn to people who can show them the way. It could also be that God is bringing them your way so that maybe you can show them.
