  1. duno. good question

  2. probably because you start counting the seconds and get more conscious of the time i'd say

  3. It doesn't. It just feels that way, because you are conscious of every passing minute. Haven't you heard of the reverse? How time flies when one is having fun?

  4. I don't really know, I am sure time does not slow down. But, I know what you mean. When you wait for something, it takes ages to come around.

But, if you are doing something, then it comes around normally.

Like, if you've been bitten, and you sit and itch it gets more itchy. but if you do anything else, it goes away.

    Weird.

  5. i don't know but its the same when ur in work with a hangover....the day just seems to drag

  6. Well it doesn't obviously, it seems like that because you are painfully aware of time and how slow it moves at all times.

The way i say it is more pessimistic - Time speeds up when having fun, but is at normal time when waiting :P That's because you totally forget about time when having fun, and everything you do lasts an amount of time that you ignore :P

It's really hard to understand it... but good question, I've always pondered on it myself.

  7. Impatience and anticipation, and wanting it NOW not later, even a minute later.

Time doesn't slow, our minds speed up is my guess.

  8. Time itself does not slow down, just your perception of it. Which is still quite an interesting phenomena.
