Crate and Barrel would likely have more information about this than random strangers on the web.  I would suggest contacting them.  

Otherwise, I can only guess:maybe you wrote down the wrong number?  Missing a digit or miswrote one or added an extra accidentally? Maybe they gave you the wrong number by accident?

Check the number again. Did you cut and paste from your order, or did you type the numbers in yourself? If you typed it yourself, you could easily have made a mistake. If you cut and pasted, then your only choices are to e-mail Crate & Barrel and ask them what the correct number is, or just wait until your package shows up.
