Why does wal-mart take so much business away from other stores/companies???

    they by in bulk to get it cheaper to undercut the rest then sell if off cheaper

    2 - Convenience - it's a one stop shop where you can get most of the things you need

    3 - Supplier relationship - Walmart is well known for squeezing and pressuring their suppliers to give them the lowest prices so they can give lower prices to their consumers

    4 - Scale - Wal-Mart sold $244.5 billion worth of goods last year and it sells in three months what number-two retailer Home Depot sells in a year.
