Why does water disappear?

why does water disappear even though the temperature is below 100 degrees celcius?

  1. water NEVER disappears, it simply changes form.....it would do this in that temp because it would be so cold it would freeze or turn into steam and evaporate into the atmosphere.....i dont know if it is icy there but if it is that cold it prolly just froze....but yea it NEVER disappears!

  5. water evaporates due to 2 sources sun and hot wind.even if temp is below 100 some amount of energy converts very small amount of water .in large amount of time water changes into vapor
