Why does white stuff come out the corner of my eye?

I wiped it away last night, but when i woke up there is a bunch of crust under my eyes, and white stuff caked to my lashes, and white stuff all over both eye corners.

I removed my make up last night, and i have only had my mascara for like 1 month.
