Why does wild cherry pepsi taste like cherry coke?

i think wild cherry pepsi is stronger that cherry coke. coca cola products seem diluted to me.  i can taste the difference

Well it's very easy to figure out, There both cherry flavored, both none diet (or both diet) and some sodas are from both companies.

well they're basically the same thing.

both coke and pepsi are cola flavored pop (like sprite and sierra mist)

and then the cherry syrup... it's just cherry syrup what else is it supposed to taste like?
