Why does yahoo! 360 omit the apostrophes in emails, blasts, and comments?

You do not indicate context. As apostrophe "s" indicates possession. No apostrophe is plural.

It's a fairly recent glitch...due to the fact that Yahoo! Is working on a brand new profile page that will replace our 360's sometime this year. This transition is causing several different bugs on Y!360. Unfortunately they r no longer fixing the problems that come up on our pages. So there's no use reporting them. Yeah, I have the same problem when I write Let's, it prints Lets! Every thing is wrong with this yahoo 360!
