Why does yahoo allow questions such as "I am an illegal but how can I stay here for free"?

or my visa ran out how can I stay longer? Does yahoo realize they are breaking the law by encouraging illegal activity?

Yahoo! is not breaking the law.  Yahoo! would have to play a much more active role in harboring illegals or actually assisting them in conducting illegal activity.  Merely operating a message board does not reach levels of criminal activity.  Furthermore, in some ways, political discussion is conducted by users, and there are limited free speech issues that could come into play as well.

You also used the word "encourage."  Yahoo! is not out there whispering in the ears of users suggesting what they do.

I didn't know they illegals had time to be on YA.. after all aren't they all out scrubbing toilets and picking the fields and doing all that other stuff that we Americans won't do.. I may be mistaken but I could have sworn years ago when my parents were kids before illegals came here the fields got picked and there were fast food places and toilets got cleaned and lawns got mowed.. LOL...but the world is just so much better off now that they are stealing all those jobs that Americans have NEVER done..  I do wish they would stay off here. All they are doing is saying "I am breaking the law and you can't do anything about it".

Could be yahoo is run by adults and they realize 9/10 of the members here are either kids playing a game or numb skulls. If you're taking this forum seriously I'll add a new category to that for you.
