Why does yahoo briefcase have the message "Problem retrieving your personal information. Please try again"

Why can't I access the briefcase from My Yahoo? I can access from bookmarks without problems but would like to use My Yahoo to jump to the briefcase.

    My Yahoo! Beta does not support Yahoo! Briefcase.
