Why does yahoo launchcast keep changing (for the worse)?

The music station keeps changing the format...this last change that happened this week is horrible. I can't skip, pause, or do anything. Anyone know how to fix this? Also, how do you contact yahoo Launchcast? I looked all over the site and couldn't find an email or contact us link...

The Yidiots at Yahoo have been dorking around again.  No guarantees but I will give you some suggestions.  BTW, I practice what I preach, meaning I am using the software I recommend.

If you are running Windows XP, install the following:

Update Flash, goto add or remove programs and uninstall Adobe or Macromedia Flash player.  Install latest Flash:

Make sure you uncheck any boxes for "Toolbars" before installing latest Flash

Lastly if the above doesn't fix the problem, you can submit a problem report:

unfortunately idk, but dont feel alone. my jukebox is doing the same kind of c**p. (exept for mine is just ignoring my "never play again" rating for karaoke & keeps adding it 2 the rest of my "recommendations".) ya, i really dont know why they call it "update" when its really more like DOWNdate! the very first time i downloaded jukebox, i didnt have commercials to survive through, then i started when it did "updates".
