Why does yahoo music jukebox say download unsuccessfull every time I try to save and download it??

I save to desktop and open the file it starts downloading and installing and even gets to 100% at times, but then comes up download unsuccessfull. I've been trying for 2 days! Someone help me please. Is it something I'm doing wrong? I've never had so much trouble downloading a file.
