Do you love seeing a Dem politician being "owned" by credit card companies at the expense of working and poor American families?

  1. Biden is from Delaware but I can tell you that it certainly won't be any Republicans proposing to touch the credit card companies either through regulation or taxes or anything else.

Democratic Senators Levin and McCaskill introduced the "Stop Unfair Practices In Credit Cards Act" last year.

  2. (1) You don't know what a windfall profits tax is, so why pose as if you do?

    (2) I don't see a shred of evidence that Biden is "owned" by credit card companies.  In fact, it's pretty clear you don't know how such companies operate in the first place.

Why don't you ask a meaningful question, for a change?

  3. He's not owned by credit card companies.  He's owned by labor unions.

Edit: I overall agree with the bankruptcy bill.  Why should a company be left holding the debt for someone that was irresponsible?

  4. Amazing, less than a day and already you republicans have

hate for Biden. You probably didn't know a thing about the

    guy beforehand.

  5. Should the government pay back the credit card companies when people default and the credit card company has to eat the loss?  Or do you just look at one side of things?  Do you think that's pure profit or have you considered that they have buildings, employees, losses, advertising, and taxes?

If you don't want to pay 30% you have two choices:  (1) Don't take the card (2) pay it off.  What ever happened to free choice and personal responsibility?

  6. Because biden knows that not everyone is foolish enough to run up credit card debt. (you're paying 30% interest?!!!)

Don't you republicans claim to be for less government?
