Why doesn't Disney ever put any "ugly" people on the Disney Channel?

i don't mean ugly, but they have this "ideal" girl or

guy that they only go for. they usually pick people

because of what they look like, not by talent. like

Zac Efron, he can't sing but they put him in High

School Musical because he was "good looking."

i bet there was plenty of good singers but they

didn't look as good or feminine i guess.

Because the Disney people find Zac Efron and the Jonas Brothers hot. Being pretty boys themselves, they need some guys that they can kiss behind the scenes.
