  1. Because nobody watches volleyball.  You could always try AVP.com or something like that.  They probably don't even have a websight though.

  2. Unfortunately until the sport gains more notoriety Volleyball is not treated as a priority. Sadly enough without the publicity people are less likely to realize what an intense and competitive sport it actually is. Almost as many stats are kept for VB as for baseball or basketball. If you are not already you can sign up to receive AVP newsletters and updates for local television slots and team standings at www.AVP.com. They also provide you with complete summer tour listings and ticket purchasing capability. Until then I can only suggest writing to ESPN and explaining what a Huge volleyball fan you are and how interested you are in continuing your service with there network; especially if they were willing to keep the fans updated on volleyball stats. Most likely; the network producers aren't reading this site. So, they only go on what they know. The more of us who claim interest in the sport, the more likely they are to see it as an AD point and thus it becomes more of a profitable investment. I mean...it's an automatic 2 min T.V commercial on every side switch...(7PTS>) How can you knock that as an Exec? So, I guess it all comes down to supply and demand. We demand it...they supply it! :o)

  3. You could see if they have a website. The reason they don't list it is because it is not a very popular sport. ESPN is good if you want results from the major sports. There has to be a website out there for it though.
