Why doesn't Panda Express serve Panda?

Isn't that dishonest? KFC serves chicken. The Outback Steakhouse serves steak. The Fish House serves fish.

They started out serving Panda..but it wasn't popular enough to keep on the menu (very expensive).   Too Bad.

I think it's still available in the South American units
