Why doesn't U.S.A. send the illegals back and have their country pay restitution?

I believe their county would show more respect to the U.S.A., if they had to pay us for what their people has cost us. And they would make sure their people would be legal when they left. we have to legal leaving the U.S..

  1. And how exactly would they enforce another country to "pay restitution"? Go to war? And being legal when you leave means nothing.  A lot ARE legal, they just stay after the expiration date, thus making them illegal.

The only way to slow down illegals would be to do it ourselves. Walls, and uncorrupt border patrol.  It's our problem, we should be the ones to handle it, not rest it on other countries to do it for us.

  2. Restitution for what?  Xenophobia?  I mean U.S. policies force illegal immigrants to work for low wages, but they have supported taxes indirectly by displacing Americans up the wage scale.

Perhaps deported illegal immigrants should be able to sue the U.S. government for "disrespecting them" (I use quotes because that's how you talk) by denying them better job opportunities?  Why not?  You are messing with people's livelihoods, and I'm sure you would sue if someone messed with yours?

Yes, our governments reject immigrants for being different, but it would be absurd for illegal immigrants as well has their home country to reject themselves for being different.  What you say is completely subjective.

I hate to burst your bubble, but it's restricted immigration that is costing the whole world $ Billions, by stopping 97% of the world's people from crossing borders for better jobs.  (That's right, despite all the hype, only 175 million people live outside of the country of their birth)

You are hurting yourself too.  Alberta, Canada is having an oil boom.  You are qualified to work there for good wages, with public health insurance included for free, but you are unlikely to be able to go there thanks to your "precious borders."  Well done.
