Why doesn't Yahoo Music Jukebox work?

Question

After several months of complaints why has the issue not been resolved? Why can I not play streaming media from the on demand feature I payed for? None of the solutions suggested have worked?

I miss Musicmatch!!!

I don't know what suggestions you tried, but try upgrading to Windows Media Play (WMP) 11 and make sure you are at the latest level of YMJ (2.2.1.032).  If it still doesn't work, contact Yahoo!:
