That is one of the best questions I have seen on here.Well asked.Unfortunately I don't know why not,it seems the most trivial "violation" on here will be penalised where as repeated vile abuse on the message boards results only in the offending post being deleted,the abuser is left free to offend again and again.Moderators take note!
