Why doesn't Yahoo let people choose a list of group members already online only?

Sometimes, especially in the morning with coffee, some people with similar interests like to strike up a conversation. Listing only members of a group online is a great way for people to get to know one another.

You could add them to your friend's list that would  do it.  Just post a message on your group inviting people.
