I've heard from my friend that this country is in a critical state, my friend was worried that he ask why me anyone helping?

He was told by his relatives there that they are starving, no cash available to pay workers, no petrol in the island, food is very low, no power, he cant even believe he heard no flour in that country, so they cant even make a loaf of bread, while their hospitals are very poor. How could they survive in this situation? Wouldnt any organization be able to recognise this country is in need of help ?

When would they realise this?
