Are you pointing at my answer in some earlier question. Well Sreesanth is a good bowler and i also like his aggression but seriously speaking he was really overdoing it in the last match. You need to bowl well to get wickets. I agree that charging on the batsman is a good tactic but wats up with making faces on every bowl. This i don't like about him. Wats the point in making stupid faces if you are being carted for sixes. He will be a much better bowler if he concentrates on his bowling. And because of the antics of sree the crowd was hooting. Now can you believe this. Indian crowd hooting their very own player. How much this could do to one's confidence.

As for blaming him for loss, kings XI took the RR too lightly and paid for it. And Shane Watson played flawlessly. There was no slogging. Pure cricket.

For the same reason that most people don't like Andre Nel.

Cricket is a gentleman's game and should ne played in that spirit.

Besides, I agree with KooKee that he is an overrated bowler. He performed fairly well in a India Seniors vs India A vs India B tri-series two years ago, but not that well, and was lucky to take more wickets than his bowling deserved. He has since found the going tough in the international arena and hence resorted to mind games and out and out rudeness. That's why people don't like Shanthakumaran Sreesanth.

As Yuvraj Singh says to Sreesanth in Parachute hair gel ad:

"Sree, santh ho ja!" (Calm down, Sree), someone needs to tell him that on the field as well.

He needs to refine his dancing moves to be better liked. These days hip-hop is popular. He should start wearing booty-cut trousers and thongs while bowling.

He is an interesting character but sometimes he goes over the limit. He over do things just because to gain more attention from the media and to earn popularity among all the cricket fans, so that's why mostly people does'nt like him and i dont think Sreesanth has improved his bowling either.

I like Sreesanth. Yes, he is a bit hot headed at times, but he is a young man trying to find his way in the game, and in life. He is a really good bowler, who sometimes lets his frustration boil over.

In time hopefully he will mature, and learn to channel his aggression in a more positive fashion.

sreesanth is a very talented cricketer but sometimes he looses his temper on field,although i dont see anything wrong in it as it is very natural, when you give it all you have but you dont get results sometimes you become frustrated, he have got some really good out swingers and i love to watch him play, his aggression makes him really a very interesting person

Even i like Sreesanth! Every player should 've aggression and the desire to win and thats what Sree has! Sreeshanth is a wicket taking fast bowler and i think he takes wicket! His bowling has been improving too.....so i just wanna wish him best of luck!

The way he acts on the cricket field sometimes is reminiscent of a 12 year spoiled brat. In England last year when he was finding it tough to find his rhythm, he behaved in a childish way. First of all he barged shoulders with Michael Vaughan the England captain just because he was angry. Second of all he bowled a DELIBERATE no-ball at an English batsmen, how do i know it was deliberate ?, well his foot was 2 2 metres past the line !!!.

That's not the only reason why i don't like Sreesanth !!, i also think he is an overrated bowler, who doesn't deserve a place in the Indian side. He goes at over 5.5 an over in ODI cricket which is poor !! He also seems to go missing when the going gets tough for India.

Aggression to some extent is good, but sometimes, when it goes over the line, it gets annoying..

Aggression was used the right way by people like Imran Khan , Dennis Lille or Kapil Dev , but Sreesanth goes over the line and damages his own line and length...

He should be aggressive, but should also have control on himself...

Oracle is spot on! And I guess a lot of people don't like him too much right now because he can be a little childish with his aggression and some may think the fact that he expects a wicket every single ball makes him seem a tad arrogant. He'll mature into a better bowler, that's for sure.

His Off-field behavior is like that of a very chilled out, sober guy but on-field he is pretty nasty at times...he really gets excited and does some cheap stuff which is quite arrogant.

Sreesanth is overrated, Ishant Sharma is much better! Sreesanth's aggression looks like childish antics!
