Why doesn't clicking the "detailed forecast" option of the weather forecast for Norfolk, VA work?

It is a well known fact that there is no detailed weather in Norfolk.  That area only gets general weather.  That may change in the future as weather infrastructure in the area improves, but for now Norfolkians must content themselves with only the most general of weather related phenomena.
