Why doesn't every home, condo, business have recycling?

We need to start Recycling 100% of our waste! The landfills are filling up fast! Our earth doesn't like plastic!

Recycling pickup does not pay for its self. So  the local government need to fund it threw higher taxes or mandated user fees Another option would be for a privet  business to start a collection service for hire and pick up all the recyclables.

Recycling is funded by local government and your local municipality hasn't given funding to that area.

i'm not sure. where i live in florida we don't have recycling, but at my school we do. if i have plastic i put it in a bag and bring it to school to recycle! i agree that we need to start doing more to save our earth!!!
