do you mean to its bottle?  Glue needs oxygen to work.

Actually it kinda does cuz if ya open it enough it'll get a litte sticky in there. Think about an empty glue bottle. there's always that thin little layer still in there :)

it doesnt stick TO its bottle because theres not enough air on the inside to dry it.

2 the bottle is coated with something insode so it wil not stick just stays as liquid
