Why doesn't it show up?

I recently purchased an item off eBay, well, when I say recently, I mean I paid for the item right away on August 7th. Only the following WEEK did the seller post the item (August 14th). He sent me the following tracking number:

LJ033403223US

The problem is, when I try to track the number on the USPS website, it says there is no record for the item.

What is going on? I have tried contacting the seller, but he takes forever to reply. I'm fed up with this seller, and will definitely leave bad feedback.

how come u paid so fast.   pl dont.  now u have to write to ebay to resolve it.  they can help track seller and get him to move.
