Why doesn't my avatar show up??????

my avatar doesn't show up. whats wrong?? i'd like to put this picture. the second one over.

you upload it,frist you right click and save it 2 ur computer,remember the folder u save it in thought and then your go 2 the uploader on here go 2 that folder click it and click ok and there is ur pic
