Why doesn't my bluetooth work?

When I try to use the bluetooth on my krzr it almost never finds the other device but the other device can find it. And then when it is connected and I try to send something, it says service not available. I just tried to connect it with a backberry n when i try to send a pic it doesnt work but I can recieve a pic from the blackberry. Does any1 kno wats wrong?

i had your same problem just do this

1.cut on your bluetooth and hold it down and it should have a blue light hold it the whole time while your doing this.

2. Do search bluetooth and it should come up.

3. Your password will be 0000
