  1. your firewall from windows or other security is blocking them, disable them and it'll work


  2. You probably need to download a flash player.  Try this link http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/...  and see if it works.

    To download:

    1) Click link

    2) Save on your desktop

    3) Go to desktop and open the file.
